generation to generation within a family. In Rajdev’s family, philanthropy is a
genetic trait which is transferred from generation to generation.
Rakesh is the owner of the
three-star hotel namely Roma Kristo Hotel, Dwarka. Usually, the elite class
family members will visit the hotel and have a good stay or delicious food.
Being a Nobel heart person, he thought about the lower class people too who lead
their lives under the poverty line and face many challenges to fulfil the basic
needs in their lives.
Hence Rakesh Rajdev started a social welfare organization namely
KanudaMitra Mandal to stand for them. He offers a supportive hand to them so
that they can lead better lives. He is a kind and humble person who feels
worried thinking about the families and people who suffer from poverty in
society.
Hence he took several projects for
the benefit of these suffering people and families through his NGO. Especially
Rakesh contributed most of his time and effort during the COVID-19 pandemic
time. For the school-going children, he offered school bags, notebooks, water
bottles, lunch boxes and other necessary stationery items for the students from
Grade 1 to Grade 9. For the deserving students, he also offered food packages
so that they will not suffer from hunger issues.
The labour community suffered a lot
during the pandemic time. Hence he offered food packages, grocery packages and
sanitizing materials. Everything was sent through the 34
trains to the suffering people’s hometown itself. During that time no train
left the place without the aid of the people. Rakesh Rajdev also sent aid for the hospitals and medical centres
such as beds, testing kits, sanitizers and other necessary medical kits.
